Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your pet bird. Please accept our deepest condolences. Our products use a very small, controlled concentration of naturally derived citronella oil—formulated specifically for use with dogs and cats. That said, we completely understand and respect that every pet is different, and sensitivities can vary widely—especially across different species. You are absolutely right that citronella can be harmful to birds and certain other animals, which is why our product is intended for dogs and cats only and should always be kept away from other pets like birds who may be more sensitive. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss our ingredients or safety practices in more detail, we’re here to help. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're very sorry to hear that our collars did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration—especially when it comes to protecting your pets and home from fleas. Our collars are designed to offer up to 12 months of protection, and we know how disappointing it must be to feel that they didn’t deliver on that promise. While our return policy does include a 30-day window, we always aim to be fair and reasonable, especially when a customer is experiencing a genuine issue. We’re sorry if our support response felt dismissive—we’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure we handle these situations with more care and flexibility in the future. Flea infestations can sometimes be particularly aggressive depending on the environment, season, and the severity of the problem at the time treatment begins. In some cases, additional steps like home treatment or bathing may be necessary alongside the collar to fully break the flea life cycle. That said, we stand behind our commitment to provide effective, safe products and are disappointed to hear this wasn’t your experience. We’d like to make this right. Please contact us again at [email protected] with your order details, and reference this review—we’ll escalate your case to a senior team member who can further assist you. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you’ll give us another opportunity to earn back your trust.
