The flea tag does not work. Period! And due to the fact that I gave it extra time to see if it would work, I could no longer get a refund. It said 100% guaranteed on the site but wasn't aware they have a 30 day return policy which is in a separate part of the site. When you show 100%. You expect 100%. But that's not the case. I was not only disappointed with the product but also with their customer service.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry to hear that you’re disappointed—both with the product and the service you received. We completely understand your frustration. When something is advertised as “100% guaranteed,” it’s fair to expect that promise to be backed with clear and straightforward support. Our 30-day return policy is stated across our whole website to ensure it's visible. Regarding the effectiveness of the flea tag, we're sorry to hear it didn’t work as expected for your pet. While many customers have seen success with our product, we know that results can vary depending on the level of infestation, your pet’s environment, and individual factors like coat type and skin chemistry. That doesn’t make your experience any less valid, and we regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations. We’d still like to do what we can to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review—we’ll be happy to escalate your case for a closer look. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate the opportunity to learn from it and improve.

We love FurLife! I bought a bundle for my dog and it arrived quickly. It really repels fleas and ticks, and I haven’t found any on my dog since using it. Protection that lasts all year with no harmful chemicals is a win for everyone, and it smells great. It’s affordable and FurLife is generous with discounts too. 100% recommend!
