I very pleased with my order! When I first ordered I forgot to choose the colors I wanted but I quickly wrote customer care and they took care of my changes quickly! I am very happy I will be getting the right colors for my dogs. Thank you so much!

Thank you Julia for the correction to my order. Please let the Tech department know that the system is upgrading the orders wrong. You may use my email to show that I did order two 12 months flea and tick collars and did the add on of the spray. Thank you for the correction to my order. Also have the tech department see that it has taken 8 days and the products have not shipped. I hope this glitch in the system can be worked out so others will not have this happen to them. Today is September 10, 2025 I still have not received this order. I ordered it on August 21,2025. There is a major problem with you filling your customers orders even after Julia corrected the order. It took 25 days to receive this order from Manassas,VA to the Athens Georgia area. I hope the flea and tick pendent and spray works.
