Patrick and Julia were amazingly efficient. They processed my concern with great efficiency and respect. My shipment came crushed, and completely destroyed. They have a new bottle on the way! Mahalo from Maui!

FurLife(TM) is not all it's hyped to be. 8 Month collar does not last half its life expectancy. Bought in summer and I have already pulled two ticks off of my Pomeranian. I could see if the ticks were on the furthest point away from the pendant but one was on my dog's eyebrow and the other right under his collar. I was hopeful for an all-natural way to keep fleas and ticks at bay but seriously I'm not at all impressed. I'll go back to the cedar chip bedding and prior repellants that I was utilizing to keep the creepy critters away.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that the collar did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is to still find ticks after choosing a natural prevention option and trusting the collar to provide longer-lasting protection. Our collars are made with natural ingredients and are designed to help repel fleas and ticks, but effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as seasonal tick activity, regional exposure, and individual pet response. In areas with high tick pressure, additional preventative measures are often needed alongside natural solutions. We appreciate you giving our product a try, and we truly value your feedback. We’d welcome the opportunity to review your experience more closely and address your concerns. Please feel free to contact our support team at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to look into this further. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us continue to improve.

I received my shipment of two bottles of spray and upon arrival one of the bottles arrived with the lid off, so we lost an entire bottle during shipping. I reached out and spoke with Julia, who in fact assured me that my bottle would be replaced and shipped out immediately. I was very happy that she got back with me so quickly. Thank you furlife. . I will be sure to continue to order your products for my animals.

Furlife was highly recommended by a friend who's used this product for a few years with her 3 pups. We have 2 pups and this year the ticks and fleas have been unforgivable with our pets. I had to take both to the vet twice to get ticks removed and that's when my friend recommended Furlife. I put product on their collar the moment it arrived and we let them run free after a week of keeping them indoors in an effort to avoid further flea and tick contact. Well, after pups came back from running around our woodsy property we examined them and no ticks and no fleas were found!!!! Product works as promised. But then I reached out to Furlife because I did a stupid mistake when opening the package. I was already a happy first time customer but Julia reached out to me and went out of her way to find a solution for us, even though they didn't have to. I'm very pleased with the product and I'm greatful and impressed with the amazing customer service provided by Julia. Making this a purchase I'm glad I did and for sure will buy from again. Thank you Julia and Furline!!! Great product!

Amazing service! Julie reacted within 30 minutes to my e-mail. I accidentally ordered the wrong items and she corrected it. Plus discount code I was e-mailed did not work so she corrected that as well. Wish all online companies responded this well!!!
