I've been using Furlife for several years on several different dogs and have always been happy with the product. This year when I ordered my new product, it seemed to have gotten lost in transit. I contacted the company and the issue was immediately resolved and I received my order within a day or so. Julia was not only friendly, but also helpful and followed up as well. Definitely appreciate the company reps and the products.
