I picked the wrong color tag that I wanted and Julia in the customer service department fixed my problem right away. Does not work, I see new baby fleas daily on my dogs. Has a strong smell at first but goes away. My dogs still scratch as much as before the collar. Wasted my money that I probably wont get back. I’ll go to seresto and try theirs.

I absolutely love the collar device, it has really changed my dogs lives and it really helps them to be calm and relaxed. In a few hours of putting it on they were feeling much better and had almost no issues.
