I got great responses back from Julia. She always responded back in a timely manner as well. She was very helpful with my missing package and arranged to have a new one sent immediately.

Gotta say these ppl go above and beyond to keep ya happy. I had a problem with my cartridge and they where graciously enough to send me another. I'm very pleased with how fast they resolved my predicament.

Have been using Fur life, for little over two years, great products. Had a little hiccup with collar attachment. Contacted Fur Life and Julia assisted and quickly remedied the problem. Great customer service issued resolved in less than an hour. High recommended.

Not only are their products great, but their customer support is next level good. This is the same as Fursentials don’t waste your money. As it made my puppy and everyone in the household ill. It’s very potent and overpowering. They don’t answer emails so you’re just throwing your money away. AVOID AVOID AVOID
