I ordered two pendants for my dogs and one didn’t have a smell , so I contacted furlife and they are replacing the one with no scent. I had ordered two of them in February and they work great no fleas or ticks. I’ve been looking for something without the chemicals in them like what you’d get from the vet, these have turned out to be a great replacement. Thank you fur life! Thank you, Nancy Marler

I had an issue with a product from FurLife, and while I was disappointed initially, they handled the situation exceptionally well. I contacted them about the problem, and they made it right within 24 hours. That kind of customer service goes a long way. I’m very satisfied with how they handled the situation and would absolutely recommend FurLife based on my experience.
