I had bought cat flea tag last year for our cat that goes outside and works great so I went ahead and ordered a new one for our cat plus a an other one for our young cat. Then I was talking to a lady named Beth from a warehouse about them asking about one for a kitten and she had suggested for more or extra protection on getting a flea collar plus she gave me an extra discount on the collar if I order one soon so I went ahead and ordered that too. Today I got them all in the mail and the 2 flea tags were correct but the flea collars is for a dog not a cat . So I had texted Beth and told her what had happened and she had sent me a link for support and tell them what had happened so I did and with in a few hours I got an email from Julia saying no worries mistakes happen and is in the process of sending me the right collar and I don’t have to send the dog back! So there for I’m very happy and pleased about this product and they do work too I would like to thank Beth and Julia for all there help!!

Glisson was very helpful with resolving the issue with a tag problem. I will definitely be back. I love the products and support natural help for my fur baby. We need more products being natural and stop poisoning our pets with chemical treatments.
