Was able to make a correction to my order hassle free. O thank you so much. I love these pendants. Have 3 dogs. 2 Standard Australian Shepherds and a Maltipoo. No signs of fleas or ticks. Living in Texas what a relief. Thanks again so much for correcting my mistake.

When I first received the product, I was really excited because it’s all natural oils but when I found a tick on my dog’s eyelid, obviously the flea and tick control is not working very disappointed for $72 for two collar

I received a spray bottle of flea and tick spray that unfortunately leaked all over. I took a few photos and emailed customer support. Julia was right on it and with a simple confirmation email, my replacement will be on it's way. Simple, painless, fast. This is what great customer service is about. I would give 10 stars if I could.
