Julia was quick to respond to help resolve my issue by sending a replacement profuct when I contacted FurLife about my dog losing its essential oil capsule in the pendant.

I am not a new FurLife customer. I purchased two 12-month gray pendants in March 2025 for my two Miniature Schnauzers who were miserable, constantly scratching fleas like a junk yard hound dog. After a flea bath and deep cleaning, I put the pendant on them. The flea population diminished almost completely and eventually my doggies were flea-free and remained so for several months. I like the pendant's herbal smell, too. Fast forward to January 2026, I ordered two 12-month gray pendants to replace the depleted ones; however, I mistakenly ordered one in green instead of gray. The green color against my Schnauzer's pure black and white coat looked clownish--I hated it. Julia, the customer service representative, made it right. She arranged for a complimentary gray pendant replacement. Thank you, Julia! I am a happy camper. I plan to return next year for two 12-month pendants when these are depleted. The pendants work, and customer service is commendable.

I love the product, I had an issue when ordering and Julia got right back to me and cleared the issue so I knew what I needed to do to finish my order. Very professional service.
