When I got my new pup I was not happy about having to use the topicals the Vet was recommending. I wanted to find a "safe" alternative and found FurLife. I was so happy to find such a wonderful product for my pup. We have been using FurLife for a couple years now and have always had great yearly Heartworm Test Results! Their Customer Service Department is awesome. Patrick of Furlife was fantastic taking care of a problem I had. I was really pleased with the product that I received last year, and that is why I ordered another one for this year. However, the pendant that I received was defective. I immediately contacted FurLife and sent them a picture of how I received it. FurLife responded immediately to my situation, and within hours, not days, they had scheduled a shipment for a replacement of the defective pendant at no additional charege.
