Unfortunately I was unable to purchase & there was a mix up with PayPal, however Joan was responsive & was able to get me my refund! I am still interested in the FurLife product for my cat & plan to purchase in the near future.

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item and Julia took such good care of me in a short time and sent out the items that I needed. My dogs mean the world to me and it is so nice that someone understands this without going through a big hassle. Thanks again so much for your support!

I ordered 2 of the pendants for my cats but mistakenly ordered 1 cat and 1 for a dog. I emailed customer service and told them what happened and they fixed the problem. They went above and beyond and I appreciate that.

I have been ordering products from this company for the last 3 years since my doggie was a puppy. When she recently got fleas, I wanted to try the spray and the chews. The chews did not sit well with her stomach and I let customer service know. Glisson replied to me promptly and offered a new flea spray instead, which it has been perfect for my pup. (And smells really good!) products are great and customer service is fantastic! I love this company :)

I bought four flea collars for my Chihuahuas. This product was ineffective at keeping fleas off of them. Unfortunately, I trusted the product so I didn't check for fleas until it was too late. The collars did not work at all.

I received a damaged pendant an reached out to Furlife, and Glisson and Julia responded to my email almost immediately and are sending a replacement.
