I got the wrong color pendant for my dog. Julia helped me to straighten everything out and is sending me the one I wanted. I emailed the company to let them know about the mixup and Julia had to everything straightened out in no time. Furlife is lucky to have her. That’s what I call customer service! I ordered my dog fur life collar last night and accidentally ordered something I didn’t want. Sent costumer service a message and they were fast taking care of it.. My dog has used fur life collar for a few years it’s the best I have ever used to keep the flees away!

Had an issue with the product. My dog somehow managed to puncture it. It was over the 90 days so I didn't get a refund which was totally fine with me but received a discount on my replacement purchase. Fair and perfect resolution. I have a new one on the way.

When I placed my order using auto fill information, my address was incomplete - no unit number. Within a few minutes I got a text from Beth with FurLife. We corrected the address and had a great conversation about my dog. These days, I’m so accustomed to zero customer service, it’s delightful to deal with a company that has such caring employees. Excellent customer service! I contacted FurLife about a disc that had fallen out of a fairly new pendant. I received a reply from Patrick the same day. I had offered to send a photo of the pendant, and Patrick said, yes, please send the photo. I sent the photo that evening, and by the next morning I received another email from JeAnne stating a new pendant was being sent. A year ago I contacted FurLife about the same situation, and had a very positive experience then also. Highly recommend this company. 👍👍
