Purchased collar tags and collars day before their sale promotion appeared. I contacted the company and JeAnne and Julia immediately applied the discount to my purchase. So impressive and appreciated. Thank you! We love that our pets are protected with plant based and essential oil products.

I’m 75 yy and ordering on line is an experience for me. I wanted 2 cat collars but somehow my order read cat tags. I emailed the company and immediately Patrick and Julia responded to my cry. Not only did I get the 2 cat collars I got to keep the tags. Thank you Patrick and Julia for excellent customer service Thanks

I've used FurLife's flea and tick pods for my dogs and love them! I love that they are natural ingredients and actually do work. Recently, my dogs lost their pods and FurLife's customer service team, especially Patrick, was off the chain! They offered to swap out a replacement pod with a collar at no charge! That's outstanding service. I'll be continuing to support FurLife!
