I was excited to receive my package for my pups. They are having a flee problem. When I received the package it was damaged and one of the items has leaked out completely. Which was disappointing. Thanks to Julia and her quick response save the day. She quickly corrected the problem and immediately sent out a replacement of the damaged product. Great customer service support! Thank you Jeanna and Julia! This will be my second time ordering. Great product and it works! We live in the mountains with lots of ticks and fleas. These collars give my family relief that our animals will be safe from ticks and fleas. I can allow them in our house without having to worry about them getting into our house.

Please BEWARE! This pendant can cause serious side effects. My dog started scratching a little bit right after I put it on his collar, but I just thought he was scratching from some things that were still getting to him so I left it on. Six months later, he was scratching so much that I took him to the vet and he actually had some lesions on his tummy so I removed the device immediately. He had to have $500 worth of treatment at that time. But what is even more concerning is that he received a growth on his gun right near where the pendant was on his collar. He needed to have surgery to have that removed and we’re sending it out to pathology at this time. I knew that flea collars caused a lot of issues and loss of fur, etc. to animals, but I thought this on top of his collar and being supposedly natural would be a good alternative. It is clearly dangerous to some animals. Please watch for any scratching or itching after you use it and immediately take it off.

My experience with ordering was very easy. I ordered the green cat collar in the beginning and the order was finalized, but then contacted you and asked if I could change it to pink and there was no problem. Shipping was fast. When the collars arrived I could smell a strong ordor but I felt it was safe for my Kitties. After the first few days they worked so well I was sooooo happy. Now that it has been a few weeks I see my Kitties biting and scratching themselves like before. This is the same with the otherbrand flea collars I've bought in the past. This is too expensive to only work for two weeks.

The flea and tick collar that Glisson ,Patrick, and Julia have that works for 8 months works great. I have been using it for years for my dog. I will never buy any other brand. Keep up the great work. My dog Athena and I say thank you for protecting her from fleas.

Beth sent me a message and helped... and later on after i place the order i notice about the color of the collar.. i sent a message and very quickly Julia replied to my email an assuring of my request ... this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. and let me tell you.. this STUFF WORKS!!! in my dogs...
