I had initially placed my order for a green-colored unit, but I meant to choose black. Once I realized the mistake I contacted their support email, and Mat immediately corrected my order with no other actions required!

Took over a week to receive the collar. Once received I was so excited. Collar smells great/awesome but does little to protect my Boston Terrier from ticks. We live in the woods and was really excited about a collar brand that talked the talk.... Definitely doesn't walk the walk!! Terribly disappointed.
