I purchased a two pack of flea and tick tags & my dogs wrestle a lot & on one of the tags the scent bead got out & the customer service team, particularly Ramon & Glisson helped us get another replacement immediately. We love this product because it’s all natural & it actually works for our pup’s. Thank y’all so much.

Thought I ordered furlife for dogs but ordered showed for cats. I emailed furlife and they changed my order to the correct ones for dogs and emailed me that next morning. Very good customer service!

Horrible found most deadly ticks after taking off the Seresto collars that worked to putting on furlife! I found 2 Rocky mountain spotted fever ticks on my indoor Pitbull Blue! I went back to seresto and no ticks or fleas no itching and I've used Seresto for several years no health issues or sensitivity. Of course customer service dosen't want to refund so I disputed the charge got my money back from my USAA bank. So if Furlife won't refund just dispute it!

I have used FurLife for a few years now. This is a natural alternative to keep those pesky fleas & ticks off my fur babies. The first time I ordered the collars, this last time I order the collar sleeve/pods. My babies are very rambunctious & the pods fell out & was lost in the yard. ROY & MAT were very helpful in getting replacements sent out asap so my pups didn't have to suffer. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and your help Roy and Mat

I had an issue with my product and Roy was responsive and immediately corrected it. I appreciate companies caring about the quality of their products, especially when it is going on my precious fur babies!

I recently made an order to get a Dog pendant for my Pup, Kipper. However upon ordering I mistakenly ordered a Cat pendant. I contacted customer support and Roy was able to assist me with changing my order to a Dog pendant within a short amount of time. Excellent customer service so far so I am.expecting the product to be just as excellent. I will come back to provide a review of the product after I have used it.
