Small back and forth in the start for my refund, but Mat understood in the end that it was not fair that my cat didnt even lasted 2 days with her pendant as it broke and spill all over her. He explain the pendant would be refunded and also with in few days . Even though mg cat can not use the product, my dog is happily protected and its still on her strong .

I liked that my issues were acknowledged and suggestions were made to remedy the situation. I have not placed the order as yet so we shall see if the suggestions were viable.

Roy and Glisson helped meet my expectations in receiving a refund when I was very unpleased how my product was working. I appreciate the help.

I emailed the company to advise them that I only received 2 of the 3 products that I ordered. Roy emailed me back and stated that he would arrange a new delivery for me. I was so thankful that he was able to do this. I have 3 dogs and only 2 of them being treated is not going so well. We need more "Roys" in the world. He was very kind and sincere in the email.
