I had the best experience working with Mat with Fur life and I just wanted to praise him for his awesome customer service. My husband purchased a fur life tag for our springerdoodle last year and it has worked amazingly well. I am a Yorkie breeder of 28 years and I have decided to use them on my Yorkies because I absolutely detest the neurotoxins that the popular flea and tick meds have that you get from the vets. I am looking forward to receiving them and using them on my little loves. As a breeder of 28 years, I do not want my dogs nor my puppies to have any of those horrible chemicals in their bodies. It would be nice to leave them outside to run and play in the sun and not have to worry about those little monsters that are hiding in the grass! I live in an area that is very high with Lonestar ticks! I wish you would make him for humans!

FurLife products are amazing!! A shout out to Roy, Mat and Glisson that went above and beyond in the customer service department, I will definitely be a return customer because of them.

At this time, my dealings with FurLife has been beyond incredible. I ordered the oil pendant for my dog, and we were using it for about 3 weeks before my boy somehow shattered the capsule. I emailed FurLife about this, and the response from Glisson at FurLife came pretty much immediately, and was asking me if I would like another capsule, or would we like to try the collar. I chose to try the collar. In the 3ish weeks that we had the capsule on him, I pulled 1 tick off him. I live in CT, and it's springtime, so only finding 1 tick on him is actually pretty darn amazing. With so many new companies popping up almost every day it seems, it was so incredibly refreshing to have a live person to communicate with instead of AI. Glisson has shown that FurLife is actually a company that cares and I will absolutely continue to purchase items from them, and recommend them.
