Great notification of not being able to deliver.

This company stands behind there products. Had an issue with size of the extra large and they were very helpful with correcting the issue. I have 3 dogs. This is my second year using the flea and tick collars and have had no problems with those pesky bugs and no chemicals on my dogs.

I am happy to share my experience with employee, Julia. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and emailed to ask for a refund or exchange. I was very happy with Julie replying quickly and answering my question and then quickly change my order for what I needed. I’m very excited to try your product for my three-year-old Pup has seizures and I thought I was using a safe collar till a friend told me about your product and spoke about the collar I use can also cause seizures so I am very excited to try your product and I prefer all natural anyhow earlier in the day
