What was a mistake between my husband and I, we purchased 4 of the 12 month collar attachments within minutes of eachother. Julia, promptly refunded 4 of them. Very big help, on our mistake. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Maria Waters

Had an issue with the holder breaking, contacted customer service and they are shipping out a replacement right away and doing this all on a weekend. So I would say awesome customer service!

I bought this piece of shit and 5 weeks later it is empty and has quit working. I have contacted them multiple times asking for a refund and I have gotten no response. Their product does not last for 12 months like they say and they not only do not stand behind their products, they refuse to respond to complaints.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must be to feel that the product did not last as expected and that you haven’t received a response from our support team. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our collars are designed to provide long-lasting protection; however, factors such as environmental conditions, storage, and individual usage can sometimes affect their lifespan. Your concern about the product lasting only 5 weeks is important and something we would like to investigate further. We’re also very concerned to hear that you’ve had difficulty reaching us. Please rest assured that we do not ignore customer inquiries, and we want to make this right. We kindly ask you to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can review your case and assist you as quickly as possible. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve both our products and our customer support, and we hope to have the opportunity to resolve this for you.

what a huge waste of money. I was hoping this would work on my Staffie, which has an allergic reaction to everything I have tried except vinegar. He can't take oral nor can he have topical. I wish I could show what he looks like fur wise. Seems like this product attracted not repelled fleas. Back to his vinegar baths which worked far better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re very sorry to hear that the collar did not work for your Staffie. We understand how frustrating and discouraging it can be when your dog has strong sensitivities and limited options that work safely. While our collars are made with natural ingredients and are designed to repel fleas, results can vary, especially for dogs with allergies or unique reactions. We appreciate you pointing out that in your case it seemed to have the opposite effect, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We also understand and respect your decision to discontinue use. Your dog’s comfort and well-being should always come first, especially given his history with reactions. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and see how we can assist you. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to help. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we truly wish you and your Staffie the very best.
