I had a problem with the essential oil bead that came out of the fur life pendent. Thanks to Mat and Roy they were there to get my dog back to the pendent fur life. They replaced it with no cost. It really does work. Been in Arkansas ozarks for vk and have no ticks to be found on dogs, we were told it was tick season. A

I ordered FurLife pendants for my dogs on May 4th. While continually checking on the progress of my order, it didn’t seem to be progressing. So, I came across the pendants on Amazon with a 2 day shipping process so I ordered them from Amazon. I emailed the FurLife support team requesting a cancellation and refund for my order and got an immediate response from JeAnne stating my order was cancelled and my refund was processed. I checked my bank account and the refund was in there the same day. She also advised about fraudulent websites selling knock off pendants and provided the link to their official Amazon storefront. I double checked my Amazon order and confirmed it was from the FurLife storefront. I’m extremely pleased with the excellent service JeAnne from FurLife provided and want to thank her for her support.

Jeanne, with Furlife help me resolved a small problem I had with one of my dogs repellent. She was very professional loved how fast my issue was resolved. As it is I love the Furlife products... I have 3 dogs and they have not had any issues with fleas, ticks, mosquitoes or flys! My dogs are very Happy!!! .... which makes me happy not seeing them suffering any longer or trying to find the right repellent for them. I got the flea and tick tag for my golden retriever. It does not work at all! We found 10 ticks on him over the past week while he was wearing it.
