I somehow accidentally ordered two. So I sent a message asking if someone could help me with canceling the green pendant order. I’m pleased to say a very nice young man named May was very helpful and reached out to me that he took care of me and was able to refund me for the extra one I accidentally ordered! I’m very pleased with Mat and appreciate his quick and informative response! Thank you Mat! God bless!

We purchased the collar attachments not expecting them to help since we had already tried everything from meds, diet, shampoos and natural remedies. But to our surprise, within a few days, both dogs were itch free! It is so nice to see them resting and not scratching miserably. Roy, Julia and JeAnne couldn’t have been more helpful when I had an issue with one of our collar attachments. They were willing to listen to my issue and found a suitable solution to it. I will forever be a Furlife customer due not only to a wonderful product for my dogs, but due to the awesome customer service dept!

Customer service is great - mentioning team Glisson, Julia, and Mat. The shipping speeds are kind of slow, but the product seems good so far. I had mistaken that they have 2 types of collars, but they replaced it for me with minimal cost. I have still not been able to test out the collars and excited to see no fleas/ticks for the summer!

I bought 2 new flea/tick collars about 2 months ago to replace my 4 month old ones, and 2 flea/tick pendants about a month ago. My 2 labs have worn their collars constantly. I put the pendants on them whenever I take them out of the house. Last night I found a tick embedded in my male lab about an inch from the FurLife collar. This is the 2nd time my lab had a tick embedded in him in the last few months. I took my male lab for his annual checkup this afternoon and found he tested positive for Lyme Disease. I am so disappointed with FurLife flea and tick products. My dog will need to go through treatments now for Lyme Disease.

I ordered the FurLife pendants for my 8 month old pups. With in the first week the scent ball was missing on one and the other got crushed . I spoke with Julia @ Fur Life, she requested a picture of them both. I sent them the pic & they replaced them both for me. I recommend this company & product. They are very nice people to work with. One of the buttons had fallen out of my dogs collar , I have 5 dogs and only the one fell out. I reached out to customer support Mat and Julia arranged for another collar to be delivered. Great customer service!! The product works wonderfully!! Not a flea or tick Anywhere!
