Julia and Gilian were responsive and really represented your company in a great way. There is nothing worse for the consumer when a company does not address our issues. They were both outstanding and got my replacements in the mail. My doggies are patiently waiting! 🤗

I had an issue with my dogs flee and tick pendant and customer support responded immediately and has already shipped out a new pendant and it is on the way. I love these pendants so I don’t have to give my best friend a chemical monthly which can has side effects. Once I found FurLife I haven’t even thought of using anything else

I have to come in this team with keeping in contact with me after I emailed about a Function with an item I sent an email and explained what went on and what I thought had happened of course not knowing, all of the liquid came out of my German shepherds, flea and tick medicine. I received emails back from Julia and she has been most helpful in replacing the medicine for my little girls collar. I have been using the product for my cats and my dogs now for three years and I must say we are all very happy and satisfied. Thank you for keeping in contact with me and answering me so quickly. I appreciate this business and look forward to keeping with you.

I actually ordered 3 devices 1 blue two pinks and received all blue ;/ it was upsetting bcs I don’t want my two females to wear blue devices for a whole year, but Jeanne and Julia from customer svce acted quickly and helped me, so that my two girls can wear pink devices and use this natural method that many pet parents like me now trust! Thank you Furlife 🙏🏼

By mistake I ordered the wrong color and then when I realized it, I asked to change my confirmed order to a different color. JeAnne in Customer Service was able to change it immediately and sent an email confirmation!
