The first go-around wasn't too smooth as the trays did not fit my teeth at all after impressions. However, customer support was great at offering alternatives, and they shipped a new tray in a soft material which works beautifully and I didn't realize was an option. It's great they have a few different types to be able to find one that works!

When I had questions and needed to exchange my mouthguard, the customer support was impressively quick and accommodating. And always the same person! And I was pleasantly surprised at how good a fit the mouthguard was, after I aced getting the mouth impressions, on the second try. Just as good as the $600 mouthguard from my dentist.

I was having problems logging in to place a re-order. The customer service team was able to assist, Find My account, Find My information about the products I bought the past, and helped me with my entire order process.

Initially things seemed to go all right. I received the impression kit, made the impressions and returned it. Many weeks later I received a retainer that did not fit. It appeared to have been made in two halves that did not align. I contacted Cheeky and asked for a replacement, none came. After a couple months I made an inquiry and received an apology for their having dropped the ball and was told I would be contacted. The contact communicated through two line emails and had no idea of any of the history, which I had with Cheeky. After days of back and forth, seeing this was going nowhere, I requested a refund. I was told I needed to return the item, but given no information on how to do that. The website shows the return window closed and I am still out over one hundred dollars. The customer service is awful. I do not recommend them.
