I was advised I would be receiving a credit to my credit card. That was 12 days ago and still have not received.

Bought my kit end of 2023 and got pregnant which made it difficult to put anything like the impression gel in my mouth due to severe morning sickness. I just recently remembered I had the kit but thought it for sure had expired and the company would likely say it was my loss. I decided to reach out just in case. Was pleasantly surprised they were still willing to fulfill the order after so long which im so grateful for. No questions asked no shaming, just kindness and assistance with new putty since i had the other materials. 5 star service!

I've always had great customer service from Cheeky. I just decided to change my guard type as the one I currently have is a bit bulky and loosens up over time, and all it took was a simple email to customer service. Do recommend them! I've had the subscription now for a couple years.

Yuck yuck yuck. Alcohol lovely. Paid £17 for fish and chips. Disgusting chewy. Told the manager he said “ you told us water the meal”. Fair enough but still awful Tacky good. Avoid. Service crap. So much nicer places around then this place

Very great customer service. Jerome really helped me when my mouth guard didn't fit and was hurting me. Helped me pic out a new one and resent a new impression kit so they could remake one for me. Definitely appreciate it.

Shipping of kit took forever. When I received the nightguard it didn't fit properly, they shipped another kit stating they needed new molds. That again took forever. The second nightguard came and AGAIN does not fit, it actually fits worse than the first. When I emailed again, customer service gave me the link to process return but stated I would also be charged a handling fee of $17 since the product was opened. Of course it was opened I had to try it on! I am done with this company and will never recommend.

The night guards were very good. I love them however I never wanted to be part of an automatic re-order and I was crystal clear about that. I canceled in writing 6 /18/24. On 6/18/26 I get a re-order bill for $424.37 for two account automatic re-orders and they debit my card take the money. I’ve spent the last three weeks trying to resolve this and I get nothing but runaround and stonewall. I am not able to speak directly to a human about this. I am very unhappy. The product is great. The billing and service is horrendous and ends up being a rip off.
