Over a month has passed and my order never arrived. Trying to get a refund but getting the runaround. Stay away!

They take forever to process an order. Made an excuse that there was a fire that slowed down their processing time. Then completely ignored me when I asked for a refund!! Total scam organization!!

If the customer service was not so bad like the worst ever then you wouldn’t be getting a 1 star. I have never been so aggravated.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Trying to cancel a subscription is impossible. I sent 12 emails and only got AI response. Never could speak to a real person after begging for a phone #. This company is a scam

CUSTOMER BEWARE: Note how Cheeky's response lays the blame entirely on the Carriers without addressing the communication issues at all. And their reference to "refunding" is misleading. The reason I have been refunded is because I worked with my credit card and bank and reported their charge on it as fraudulent. So yes, I did get a refund, but it was my bank's protection from using my credit card, NOT from Cheeky honoring their return/refund policy. BE WARNED ALSO that when you purchase from Cheeky they set up a portal and there is no way to CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION or REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD/PAYMENT INFORMATION from their site. I have already reported them to ReportFraud.ftc.gov and my bank. Next step, the Better Business Bureau. Cheeky has a serious challenge with delivering on orders, email communication, and reading comprehension. Even when someone signs their name in an email, their responses are circular and they don't accurately address questions/concerns. After several weeks of emails I still haven't received the refund for a night guard I never received. Are they using AI to read and respond to emails? Did they scale their business too quickly? Whatever the reason, I want my money back - all $114.19 of it. I can not in good conscience, recommend this company as it is.

This was the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Not only did it take over a month for my night guard to arrive, when it did arrive it didn’t even remotely fit my mouth. When I emailed customer support for assistance, they didn’t respond for days, and then responded that they’d resend an impression kit to start the process all over. I gave them the size I ordered so they could reprocess the order, and then they completely ghosted me. I emailed asking for a refund and didn’t get anything back. Officially the worst company I have ever interacted with.

I purchased I had high hopes. They never gave a tracking/shipping # for my items. ZERO communication once you pay them. I never received the items I bought but they sure got my money. They randomly sent me a return email/label for no reason. Not sure why a return label would be needed for never receiving any items. I think they are fraudulent I wouldn’t recommend anyone pay them unless you want to battle for your money back.
