I am enjoying using the product .I have lost about 10 kg through illness and have very crepey arms . I do think Cellu has made a difference but it is only 3 weeks . I had inadvertently ordered a subscription ( by mistake ) and they have kindly cancelled it as I still have 2 jars to go . I am super appreciative of their service and urgency xxxxxx

BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are a bunch of thieves. They have a return policy of Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you try to get a refund, they start offering partial refunds and keep the product. It starts at 15%, then 35% and finally 50%. Then when you ask for a full refund you get the run around about all returns go to China, shipping is very expensive and if returns are accepted you will get a refund in 3 weeks. Yet their policy says they accept unopened and open but not entirely used product. So what are you inspecting??? Policy also stated fast refunds And to make matters even worse, once you get fed up with their excuses and agree to the 50% refund they stop answering your emails. It is a shame this is how some people make a living
