I accidentally managed to set up a monthly subscription, which I thought would be a nightmare to cancel. Actually the customer service and response time was great, cancelled in no time, no issues! The product is nice, just don’t need it every month!!

I had a small issue with my order and emailed Cellu. I was amazed at the instant response and the resolving of the problem. I have never had such an impressive turnround from any online Customer Service company. I would recommend Cellu 100%.

Unethical practice upon purchasing: An automatic subscription added where I never saw an option to decline before purchasing. I only found out about my subscription when I contacted customer support to get a refund. Deceitful return policy: Customer Support team stated the return center is overseas, so Customer needs to pay for shipping: but to save you the trouble they will give you a 15% return and just keep product. Unacceptable to me... I then got transferred to a different Customer Support Person, who reiderated the overseas theme- and offered a 35% return and keep the product. What??!! Nowhere in the Return and Refund explanation on their webpage does it mention anything about customer needs to pay for shipping overseas. Some people may like this product, I was unable to tolerate the smell. It is heavily scented with rose and vanilla. I have used other products with rosehip oil and they were never this overpowering. Yuck!
