Response from GetaurapetsFeb 17, 2026
Thank you for reaching out and asking about AuraPets eye wipes. At this time, the eye wipes are not currently showing a restock date on the official AuraPets site, and availability can vary due to high demand. We recommend visiting the official AuraPets store and signing up for back-in-stock notifications or email alerts so you’ll be notified as soon as they become available again. Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Thank you for sharing your experience so far. We completely understand that it may be too early to see noticeable changes. Eye health support is a gradual process, especially for senior pets or long standing conditions. Consistency is key, and many pet parents begin to observe clearer improvements after several weeks of continued daily use. We’re hopeful you’ll start seeing positive progress soon. Please feel free to keep us updated on how your pet is doing. We’re always here if you have any questions along the way.

I have been using this product twice a day for about a month on my nearly 11yo mini dachshund. I think it’s too early to see results, as I have read that it can take 4 months for improvement. While he’s still bumping into things, it might be a little less than he was a month ago. Stay tuned for an update!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for giving AuraPets a consistent try with your 11 year old mini dachshund. You are absolutely right that it can take time. Many pet parents begin noticing subtle improvements within the first month, but more visible progress often takes three to four months of consistent twice-daily use. We’re encouraged to hear that he may already be bumping into things a little less. Even small changes can be meaningful signs of progress. Consistency is key, and we truly appreciate your patience and dedication. We look forward to your update and are always here if you have any questions along the way.

Do not buy this product I have and seen no improvement in my dogs vision so now raising my rights under the free 90 days return they advertise and I’m been fobbed off - They want you to use the product to improve your dogs vision but then saying a full refund is only issued if not used - erm how can you see if it works with your dog if it’s unused !! It’s not worked for my dog and therefore a waste of money I think this is a con this is there reply - As a reminder, our supplement is not provided as a free trial. The 90-day guarantee applies to customers who have not used the product. For a full refund, products must be returned in their original condition. Please include your name and order number inside the package for faster processing. Alternatively, if you do not qualify for a full return refund, we can offer a 45% refund to avoid additional hassle.

I’m not sure whether the product works or not… but they signed me up for a subscription… fine print? Continue to send product that I have not authorized. I hate companies that ship these subscriptions in on customers unknowingly…A when it comes really sorry way to do business. Joan Whitehead
