Customer service was great
Customer service was great, but for the product itself, I really didn't notice any difference in my dogs eyes. I had a hard time getting her to take it as recommended (under the tongue) so I had to put it in her food. That may be the reason I didn't see a difference.

Some pets simply won’t tolerate sublingual dosing, and that’s completely okay. Results can also take time and vary by pet depending on age, eye condition, and consistency of use. Duplicate Order
I called to get help with a duplicate order that I inadvertently placed. The order was placed on the first and the next order was placed on the 2nd for the same exact product. I was told it was not a duplicate order however I was told if I would like to return it I would have to pay for the return shipping. Think things could have been done a little different because it's definitely a duplicate order when it's the exact same product ordered on the next day there's definitely a problem and I think it should be clear that return shipping is not covered when returning products. My customer interaction outside of this was very good. The other problem is my dog does not like the taste of the product at all, so I'm essentially stuck with a product I can't use. I had hoped it would work because I've seen a lot of the Instagram shorts on this product and it looked very promising. This is not to say that someone else's experience will be the same and I hope it's not but this is just my review for the product

Dosing is difficult …
I've been using the product a little mire than a month so I can't speak to how well it works too early to tell. I can say that trying to figure out how much to give my dog is difficult, it says 10 drops but I don't have time to count 10 drops in his mouth and the dropper has no measurements to aide in getting the right amount in his mouth

To make it easier, you can place the drops directly onto your dog’s food or water instead of counting each drop into the mouth. Another helpful tip is that 10 drops equals about 0.5 ml, so you can use that as a reference if you’d prefer to measure instead of count.
