Ordered a product that I couldn't use
Ordered a product that I couldn't use. Company went out of their way to make the return process as easy as possible and was very understanding as to the reason I could not use the product.

Time⏳️ will tell.
The eye drops for my 🐕 was delayed so I was a bit disillusioned of the mail process but when I reached out Aurapets did respond quickly, professionally and thoroughly. Unfortunately it took a minute for their action to take hold so it became a waiting game but at this point dealing with an outside entity can be frustrating for them too. I just got the product after almost 4 weeks so I will let you know about the effectiveness of the drops later to see 👀 result of the medication 💊

Honest company
I have had a very hard time getting my first order. Aurapets has bent over backwards to help me. They refunded the money for my first order and I reordered and it was here in no time. They are an honest company. I’ve many questions and they are always answered in a timely fashion!

BEWARE-They make you pay the shipping cost back!!!!!
Be careful-they state 100% satifaction yet when your dog absolutely HATES the taste and will not take it at all-They make you pay the shipping fee back!! This is not 100% satifaction like they stated!! This product has a very BITTER taste so beware please!!!!

Amazing product and amazing company
I had ordered these drops for 2 out of 12 of my dogs. These drops are amazing!! They were truly helping clear the cloudiness that had started. Unfortunately I suddenly became unemployed and in all the stress of such I had forgotten about my order being regenerated.. This company went beyond to help me. And as soon as I'm employed again I will most definitely be ordering again. Amazing product and an amazing company!!!

My dog will eat just about anything but NOT THIS!!
My dog will eat just about anything, including Kale, but she did not like the flavor of this product, even when I put it in her food. I noticed that she threw up too, which is not like her. since the ingredients are "natural" I tasted the product myself and it tasted horrible, as if it had oxidized. I contacted customer support explaining the issue. They offered me a 60% Refund! When I contested they offered a hassle return experience or an 80% refund. I accepted that and moved on. I asked them if they wanted the product back to test it and they said "we want to reassure you that the product does not contain unstable compounds that would pose a toxicity risk if exposed to light or air briefly" I felt they were not at all concerned about investigating their product.
