Fantastic response times to my online questions and need for help especially from Jared. That part was very impressive. Unusually rare. Excellent job with that part. Bit confused with the quote verse signed up processes. When I paid I thought I was active and signed up. Good thing Inchecked later to ensure and got the text from you saying so. I was surprised to learn that I was cancelled but Jared came to the rescue. Hope everything is ok now. Doing the phone pics thing was kinda strange. New thing for me but I'm a old guy so all this tech stuff can be bewildering for those of us born in the 60s. lol ... AKKO has an amazing support team. I was having multiple issues verifying my account and updating my contact information. Jared truly went above & beyond in assisting me. I had even sent support (Jared) a message after hours trying to update the phone number on the account and didn't expect to hear back until Monday - Jared replied within a few moments resolving my problem. I greatly appreciate the assistance and exceptional customer service I received. It makes everything go so much smoother when you have a pleasant experience, I can't thank you enough.
