This insurance is awesome!! Took 4 hours and i was paid for the claim!! The best!!

Go ahead and buy this plan; it's just that good. I was looking for coverage that the carriers would not provide and they definitely fit the bill! The claim was painless to do online, a rep emailed me the same day, and the next day I had the money sent to paypal directly so I could replace my handset. Most insurance is a pain- but they are very easy to do business with. You can also add more than just your phone (i.e. tablet, TV, etc.) so you get your bang for your buck here!

I had to file a claim for the first time and I had so many questions. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the answers were elaborated on so I had clear information .

Made my claim Wednesday night or Thurs morning. Funds to replace my item were in my account Fri morning, even with me exchanging a few emails with the claims dept. Fantastic!

My cracked phone screen repair was a seamless experience with AKKO. They far exceeded my expectations and provided reimbursement funds the very next day. They also let me choose the only available repair shop in my local area saving me much driving time and providing convenience. There customer service is responsive and excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insurance on phones and a whole host of other items they insure like bikes and other electronics.

AKKO took care of me with fast customer service and received reimbursement for my claim within 1 week! I had a major scratch on my TV due to an accident of my own fault and they were very efficient in communications and I got an estimate for repair and was sent reimbursement through Paypal the next day. The easiest, fastest, & best insurance company I've ever used! I wish they offered more types of insurance because I would have all of my policies with Akko. Everytime I've asked a question or filed a claim, I have received a response within 5 hours and with other companies (for car & renters insurance) it could take days or even weeks to hear back.
