Insured my iPhone 12 Pro Max over 6 months ago. Dropped and shattered my back glass. Filed for a claim and fortunately I was able to take it to Xpress Cellular Repair of Norman (AKKO repair store) where I take all electronic repairs. Paid my deductible and was on my way. I Highly recommend AKKO.

Monthly payments are cheap and affordable and the turnaround on my repair from start of claim to actual repair were within 12 hours fast and easy.

Took them over 48 hours to even look at my claim just to respond with a generic email asking for more information despite it all being provided during the claim. Replied within an hour with the requested information and now has been another 48 hours since that initial reply. I don’t see why it’s so difficult to get a claim approved for a cracked cell phone. Other companies will look at the claim the same day, and approve it the same day. Over 4 days now, and still have not gotten the okay to fix my device. If you want a fast and smooth experience, get insurance elsewhere. Update: Eventually my claim was taken care of and they waived my deductible cost, so adding +2 stars to the review. Still would like for the service to be done faster and same day instead of waiting 5 days.
