Easy to use app and great customer service! Mi iPhone 11 is grateful!

I recently lost my phone in about 3 feet of snow. I was able to submit my claim to Akko and within a couple of days had the replacement funds in my account. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. I have also used them to replace a cracked screen. This is a a great insurance carrier if you are looking for one! 100% worth it.

After a little miscommunication Akko came through with flying colors. We had to ask for assistance but after we did they took care of everything quickly and easily. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I believe the app could be improved to reduce / eliminate confusion in the first place. All is good now. thanks Akko!

Really fair price I make three claims with them and I will definitely keep them as my go-to cell phone insurance

I’ve had most of my claims approved with my money deposited in Venmo (or PayPal if you choose that). The only issue I’ve had is that the claims can take a week or 2 to resolve. Additionally, make sure to email AKKO to see if your item photos are acceptable since some of mine were blurry and it would delay the process or result in your claim being denied entirely. Overall, make sure you upload good photos and receipts and you should be fine.

They are very patient and understanding. I didn't check my email for days after their responses (even a week one time), and I know most other companies would have closed the case due to lack of response. They did not, and they didn't even pressure me to hurry up or forfeit my claim. I absolutely love this company.

I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with an insurance company before. AKKO is affordable and makes getting coverage simple. In addition to this, they make the claims process incredibly easy and stress free. I have filed 2 claims for the same Apple Watch, and they resolved both of the claims within days, offering me a very fair payout via Venmo each time. Why can’t all insurance companies be like this? The process went well for the most part. I had cracked my Google Pixel 7 Pro screen and at first, Akko almost didn't approve me since my phone wasn't verified. The told me they'd get me a 1 time exception which I was ok with since they were already covering it.
