I recently ordered a plug in water…
I recently ordered a plug in water bowl. Delivery was timely and set up of the bowl was easy. I did receive a second bowl by mistake and wrote to Selene looking to return the extra bowl. I received a response promptly and the matter was resolved the same day. Excellent customer service!

I ordered a dog water fountain which…
I ordered a dog water fountain which arrived very punctually and was relatively easy to set up. One of my dogs used it straight away, the others got used to it more slowly but surely. I ordered extra filters which were delivered with the fountain for future use. After a couple of weeks I received an email informing me that more filters were due to be delivered and my credit card would be debited! This shocked me as I was not aware that I was on their re ordering system! However it only took a couple of emails to sort this out and be promised that the reordering would no longer take place. Customer service is very good in my eyes.

I like the water fountain
I like the water fountain. It’s nice to know my pet will have fresh water. She likes the water coming out of the spout to play with.

I am extremely happy with this product…
I am extremely happy with this product and it does have to be cleaned but not as much as an everyday water bowl price for filters is a little on the high side but is totally worth it it keeps the water clean pump is quiet and doesn't scare the dog and I have a little Yorkie who's pretty much afraid of everything but this is a great product and I don't have any issues with it

I saw an ad on Facebook about the…
I saw an ad on Facebook about the Selene waterspout bowl. I have two small dogs and realized that standing water creates bacteria and the spout creates movement and less bacteria in their drinking bowl. It took them a few days to start using but once they figured it out they use it continuously. I’m very satisfied with my purchase

Quiet, Clean, and absolutely worth the money
I purchased this fountain after a health scare with one of my cats. She was put on medication that required her to drink more water, but I noticed she wasn’t inclined to drink more when it came to our normal set up. I also researched more on the biofilms that develop in plastic cat bowls. With her kidney health and required water intake being a major concern of mine, I looked in to purchasing a running water fountain. But was still concerned with the biofilm. After researching Selene’s products, I decided to purchase the 4L capacity cat fountain. As soon as I received it and set it up, my cat started drinking the right amount of water she needed. I’ve had it set up for two weeks now, and the water stays clean and fresh. The pump and water tank both have a filter which I like. The pump is VERY quiet. I have it set up right next to my bed on my side and I’m a light sleeper, and I don’t even notice it besides the faint sound of the water trickling. This product might seem pricey, but I feel like I made the right decision on purchasing it.

I really didnt expect a lot from this…
I really didnt expect a lot from this new watering fountain. I was only hoping it would encourage one of my dogs to drink more and did it ever ! My dog's urine had been a dark yellow ever since I've had him. (He is a 10 year old rescue that I've had for two years) Since buying and using this product he and my other dog drink more water. Also Silas (who had dark urine) urine has changed to a healthy light yellow. I'm so greatful for this product and love the quality of life upgrade it appears to be giving both my senior dogs. Thank you for creating and offering this product.
