I received a dented bowl and tried to email them 3 times about it. They also are one of these companies that automatically signs you up for a subscription. I have used maybe 3 drops from the initial health bundle and less than a month later they are sending me another one. That business model is so sneaky and gross. I have asked them to cancel my subscription. So far I haven't received an email response confirming they have. They use AI marketing on social media too which is always a sign of a scam company. Buyer beware! The fountain isn't that great. It still gets slimy and gross like all the other fountains which they claim doesn't happen. Learn from my mistake. don't get fooled!

I'd give -5 stars Blatant scam. Avoid. Cheap dented metal, filters do not sit tight in casing. After inspection of manual u can see that it's cheap copy of someone's product with low quality work and what you get it is not what should be. Additional filters bought during ordering are even worse than supplied spares but both do not fit hermetically tight so your dog's water is not filtered and pose danger to your dog's health. They show different filters on their website so it means they scam you deliberately. Do not buy. Avoid. And their answers with proposition to write to them sound like insults. They do not answer to any email.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I bought a Selene wireless doggy fountain and it stopped working within 2 weeks. I’ve tried contacting the company 4 separate times by email and on their contact page on their website. NO reply. The fact that the company doesn’t offer a phone number should have been a deal breaker but most reviews were good. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is not interested in backing their product or return policy. I HAVE emailed MULTIPLE TIMES with no reply til I left a review!!!! Please check any of the 4 emails I sent and refund my money!!!!

I ordered 2 large water bowls with some refill filters, $254 worth. I found this company on an add on Facebook and bought into the concept of what they were selling. I did check Amazon on these same type of water bowls and found them much cheaper, $100 for two bowls. I immediately replied to the Selene Pets invoice stating I wanted to cancel my order. I clearly know the items were not yet shipped and they waited until the items were shipped to reply to me stating that the order was already shipped and to let them know when I received the order so that they could let me know the process to send the items back for a full refund. When order was received, I let them know via email. The last reply from them I got was letting me know to send them a picture of the unopened items and they would send me a return label and for me not to mail out the items until I heard back from them. It's been over 5 days since I sent them the picture and I've heard nothing but crickets. This company kept my money even though they stated they were going to give me a refund. Poor customer service and they lie for any reason to keep your money. Buyers beware! I only gave them a one star because I had to give them something, otherwise I'd give them a big fat zero. I had to have my bank dispute this transaction for me. I did get my money back from my bank immediately, however, I don't know if my bank will get the initial payment back from Selene Pets. These people are thieves!!

Seems to be a Complete scam!!! Over a month ago, i placed an order, and even though i Wrote Selene several times for an update, i never got an answer. Now i got an email saying my shipping address is wrong (without any response to ealier mails), but at that adress theres delivered packages from all over the world. I have written them again to get my money refunded, but no luck. They even start a Subscribtion for filters without your consent........ STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Really bad customer service! I sent an email about an hour after I had purchased one of their water fountains because I changed my mind. They offered to give me a 20% discount if I chose to go forward with the order, to which I kindly declined and requested a refund. It has now been 4 days and not only have they shipped the item to me nor refunded the purchase price to me.

I have reached out to the Selene company several times at their email address ….. no response. I am trying to find out when my order will arrive. Frustrated. September 28…..no product and no response to email.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! Have emailed many many times no answer. Pet expired before product arrived. I want to return for full refund and refund for motor warranty but as everyone says, they do not respond. 9/18/2026 9/28/2026 and it has been 10 days with no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sent all required information asked for by Selene via email address they recommended 9/29/2026 now it has been 11 days since I texted them all the information they asked for and still no reply 10/2/26 Finally heard from them telling me to mail to them and I could get a full refund????? Would not tell me HOW FULL. I contacted my cc company who is also investigating. I did my due diligence and mailed back, cost me 23.00 to mail to CA. Now lets see what they do and what CC company does!!!!!! 10/8/2026
