All three of my dogs love the wireless doggy fountain. It is easy to clean and the blinking red light reminds me when it needs charging. The filter catches a lot of hair and debris.

Easy-to-use and clean. How ever you have to put out of the traffic area it runs the battery too fast

Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Gary! We're really glad to hear you found the fountain easy to use and clean. 😊 We also appreciate you sharing the tip about battery life in high-traffic areas, that’s very helpful feedback for other pet parents too. Placing it in a calmer spot can definitely help the battery last longer while still keeping your pup hydrated throughout the day. Thanks again for your support and for being part of the Selene family! 🐾 -The Selene Team

Quiet water stream. Easy to put together. Fog lives it! Less mess after drinking. Easy to add water. Will probably order another one for down stairs!!

My dogs definitely are drinking more! And I feel really good about them getting clean water. Generally I change the water every day or so.

My baby likes this fountain and so do I . I ordered the non electric and it runs like a dream. Easy to clean and shows when it needs a refill. I am delighted.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear that both you and your baby are enjoying the fountain overall. 💜 We’re very sorry for the frustration and confusion regarding the filter housing. The white plastic filter casing serves as the initial filter is actually designed to be disposable and is not meant to be opened. Once the filter has been used up, it can simply be discarded and replaced with the new filter design. Our newer cotton filter design is a little different compared to it. These updated filters are designed to be placed directly inside the gray filter box and no longer require the white plastic casing. This change was made to reduce plastic waste and create a more environmentally friendly design. 🤗 We also apologize if it seemed like your emails were going unanswered. Upon checking, our team has been responding to the emails we’ve received regarding this concern. It’s possible that some of our replies may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder, so we kindly recommend checking there as well to ensure our messages are being received. We truly appreciate your feedback and support, and we’re always happy to help if you need any further assistance. 🐶❤️

The product does everything that it advertises! I love the fountain. My dog took to the new bowl instantly. It no longer gets slimy like my previous water bowl. Having rusty water, the filters are a must. Great product!!! M.Prociuk Manitoba Canada
