What is your pet's health worth to you?
I have a dog and cat, and they both use the the new Selene water bowl. Your pets need fresh water like we do. Would you drink from your glass with "Saliva" floating in the water? How about a "FILM" on the bottom of your water bowl because you forgot to clean it. Most pet owners mean well but life gets in the way. My Selene water bowl has made my job easier and better for them.

Hi Barry, What a thoughtful way to describe why fresh water matters for our pets. We're so glad to hear that both your dog and cat are enjoying their Selene fountain! We especially love hearing that it's made keeping up with their water easier for you. Life can get busy, and having a fountain that helps make fresh, flowing water readily available can certainly make one less thing to worry about. Thank you for choosing Selene and for sharing such a meaningful review. We're grateful to be part of your pets' daily routine! -The Selene Team

Hi always answer my questions when I…
Hi always answer my questions when I contact Selene.usually next day and depending on time I send message it can be the same day .I presume there is a time difference.Selene have written detailed instructions in answer to my questions as im very new at this water fountain for the dog .I had been told so many instructions from different sources and I decided I want to hear it from the "horses mouth" as the saying goes they answered with great detail. Very pleased with product ,pup loves it.ive a good routine now so I know what im doing .I would recommend this product im a fussy old thing that everything has to be perfect it had a little dent in the bottom of the fountain it didnt show but it was there a blind man would be pleased to see it!Selene offered me a new fountain but as I didnt really what to send it back and Selene said it doesn't interfere with working of fountain so they gave me 2 months free filters as a good will gesture so everyone was happy. Pup really loves it and dies drink a lot more water ,loves the tap.Brillant.End of june

Great product for my dogs.
It took a while to get to my house. However once it got here I am totally happy with the product. It wasn't hard to set up and I am glad I bought the 7 liter one. I was concerned that it may be too high for my beagles but it is perfect. The charge on the battery for the wireless version that I bought lasts a long time. Most importantly, my dogs love it especially my younger dog Maddie. They both drink more water than they had previous to buying the dog fountain. The filters are easy to change and you can see that they do take away impurities in the water.

It's wonderful to know the 7-liter size turned out to be the perfect fit for your Beagles, and that the long-lasting battery, easy setup, and simple filter changes have all made for a great experience. Most importantly, we're thrilled that both of your dogs, especially Maddie, are drinking more water and enjoying the fountain. Knowing you can already see the filters doing their job is fantastic to hear. Thank you for choosing Selene and for trusting us with your pups' hydration. We truly appreciate your support and hope your furry family continues to enjoy fresh, filtered water for years to come! -The Selene Team
