My dog loves her fountain. Wish I’d got her one years ago. Highly recommend.

This water bowl is a huge positive for my dogs! I have 5 dogs, 3 cockers,a basset, and a pit. All of them Love love love this fountain!!! I end up filling the 7l bowl about 5 times a day! They walk by another water pail to get to this one! They love it, and are drinking so much more water. Oh, it's also silent, and looks neat, and clean.

I have purchased 3 fountains. One plug in 4 liters and two 7 liters wireless. Gave one to family member and they are having me order another one. They have several outside cats so used 7 liter wireless for them and need 7 liter wireless for indoor dog. Gave small one to granddaughter for her cats. My dog and cat share a 7 liter one. I’m so glad to see all of them drink more water. I wish the filter purchasing system was a little easier and not so expensive. Maybe have specials on filters instead of subscription? Have had good response when emailing them.

Hi Dee, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review, and for trusting Selene with so many of your pets! Three fountains, and it sounds like you’ve got quite the Selene family now. 🐾❤️ We’re especially happy to hear that your dogs and cats are drinking more water. That’s exactly what we want for them. We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the filters. We completely understand that the ongoing cost can add up, especially when you have multiple fountains and several pets using them. Your suggestion about having more filter specials instead of relying on a subscription is genuinely helpful, and we’ll make sure that feedback gets passed along to our team. It’s also great to hear that you’ve had good experiences when reaching out to us. We always want our customers to feel like there’s a real person on the other side when they need help. Thank you again for choosing Selene for your family, and for giving us feedback that helps us improve. Give all those furry Selene users some love from us! 🐶🐱 -The Selene Team

I ordered direct from Selene and it did take a long time for the dispenser to arrive. If you order from Amazon it will deliver faster as it is "drop shipped". When is comes from China (or wherever) it takes forever. As for the usage...it is very quiet unless it is getting empty which I like because it is a notoce right before the blue light turns to red. I am not a fluff type person...and nobody is paying me for this review..(I wish). The dogs increased their water intake by at least 50%. It took about 1 hour for each dog to warm up to the change but then it's all a go. We do clean it at least weekly but have 2 standard poodles, a goldendoodle and a tiny maltipoo...so 4 dogs...that's a burden for the device. In no way has it been annoying. It seems well made...so far...we shall see how it holds up...we are in for about 4 weeks now. We do only use Primo water to fill it.

Hi Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to leave such an honest and detailed review. We really appreciate you sharing both the good and the not-so-good parts of your experience. We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected when you ordered directly from Selene. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for something you’re excited to use, and we appreciate your patience. That said, we’re so happy to hear the fountain has been working well for your four dogs! A 50% increase in their water intake is wonderful to hear, especially with four pups sharing the fountain. We also love that you mentioned how quiet it is and that the light gives you a heads-up when the water is getting low. Thank you as well for being so honest about the fact that you’ve only had it for about four weeks. We completely understand wanting to see how a product holds up over time before giving it a stronger endorsement. We hope the Selene continues to serve your whole crew well for a long time to come! And four dogs using one fountain? That’s definitely putting it to the test! 😂🐾 Thanks again for giving Selene a try and for sharing your experience with us. -The Selene Team

We received our dog fountain damaged. I took a few photos, and sent them in. They sent me a replacement bowl immediately, no hassle no questions. They emailed me to let me know it was on it way. Nuka loves her fountain, and I have peace of mind there is no slim bacteria. I just ordered a bunch of filters. My dog means the world to me and I want her to be healthy and have the best life she can. Thank you for the great customer service and a product I am counting on to help keep my dog healthy and well hydrated. The fountain is one of the best I have seen, the materials are top grade with two filters, the pump has worked perfect and has a life time guarantee, we couldn't be happier.
