Have had the bowls through the summer months. So far no real issues in dealing with this company. Yes, it took a long time to receive the water bowls but my dog really likes drinking from the fountain style water bowl...drinks more now throughout the day. I find keeping a clean filter in it is expensive - more than I anticipated. Though I change it consistently on 1st of the month, I have checked it at 2 weeks and sometimes it has needed changing then. It is well made, quiet and the pump works well. I signed up for the filters to be sent monthly - will see how that works out. Normally I don't like having things just sent and billed but I was ordering filters and paying shipping so agreed to try the monthly sustained shipping of the filters. Overall, satisfied with my purchase (I bought 2) and my dog seems happy. I do believe the water stays cleaner and healthier and I like the fact that it is being aerated as my dog drinks it. I would recommend.
