Hi Sabrina, we're delighted that both you and your Schnauzer are loving the fountain! ❤️ It's especially nice to hear that the gentle stream is a hit with your pup and that the shallow drinking area helps keep his adorable beard a little drier! We're also glad our team was able to quickly take care of your filter subscription and refund, especially since you already stocked up on filters. We always want you to have what works best for your needs. Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback, Sabrina. It means a lot to know you're happy with both your fountain and the care you received from our team! 🐾 — The Selene Team

Hi Eleni, it brings us so much joy to hear how happy you and your gorgeous Mouse are with his fountain! ❤️ There's something so special about watching our furry friends enjoy the little things we choose for them, and we're delighted that his fountain has been such a wonderful addition to his routine. We also appreciate your suggestion about making the filter placement instructions clearer! For the lid filter, the flat side should face the filter case lid, while the other side faces downward. We hope this little tip makes your next filter change easier, and we'll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue improving our instructions. Your kind words about our customer service team are especially appreciated. We're so glad they've been able to answer your questions promptly and make your experience a positive one. Thank you for being such a caring pet parent, Eleni, and for sharing Mouse's experience with us. Please give your handsome boy some extra love from the Selene team! 🐾💕 — The Selene Team
