I had a pump that did not work and emailed them, they got back to me and had a new one processed within an hour. Amazing customer service!

My dogs are loving the Selene doggy fountain, my 2 french bulldogs are a pain and hardly drink but this fountain has them drinking much more. Plus the water is so clean I recommend it especially if your having trouble with your dog drinking but I find it worth having even if they drink. The water is always clean my other water bowls I always see stuff in the water. Love it thanks

I love this product. My 2 small dogs are drinking more water. The wireless and start stop feature makes the bowl so easy to use. We’ve used it for about 3 weeks now. I’ve only had to recharge it once. Customer service is great. I highly recommend this product. CC

I just received my 7L Wireless fountain but the wrong filters(which i added on to my initial order.) I sent an email to Selene and received a response in 10 minutes! Excellent service, and my new filters are on the way! Thank u For the help!!!!

Received my fountain. It was very easy to clean and set up. Our two dogs took to it almost instantly. Our three cats just got their own kitty fountain, so took a bit longer. Now they are using it as well. It's good to know everyone is drinking in this Artizona summer heat. Our household water use has decreased quite a bit.
