Hi CJ, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that the fountain is sturdy, simple to assemble, and running well. We completely understand that some dogs can be cautious around the fountain head, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with the attachments. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and your insights are very helpful. If you’d like, our team can share tips to help your dogs get more comfortable with the fountain head or suggest the best way to use the attachments while keeping the stainless steel bowl in use. Please feel free to reach out anytime. -The Selene Team

Hi Margaret, Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re so happy to hear your dogs love it! 🐶💛 I’m really sorry about the confusion with the filters. That’s definitely helpful feedback, and we appreciate you pointing it out. For the correct placement: the flat white side (cotton layer) should face upward (where the water flows in), and the thicker carbon/resin side should face downward. This allows the water to properly pass through all the filtration layers. Since you have two small dogs and are changing them often, that’s actually great — it means you’re keeping their water extra fresh! Depending on use, filters typically last about 4–8 weeks, but multi-dog households may need to replace them a bit sooner. If you’d ever like, we can also send a quick visual guide via email to make it even easier next time. 😊 Thank you again for your support! — The Selene Team
