Putting this out there so no one else has to go through what I've had to deal with. This company is a scam. This product is cheap mine malfunctioned within a week of using it. That warranty that they guarantee no questions asked is a joke. It doesn't cover anything but the BOWL. It also took me almost a month to get this so fast shipping within the US is a lie especially considering they're not even in the US this ships from China. When I tried to return it I was told that I could only get a partial refund of 30%. I of course was not happy so I fought back in that trying to get them to pay shipping because again to return the item it has to go back to China which isn't cheap. They refused to pay return shipping, offered me 50% back so that's where I'm at now and basically stuck with a $50 water bowl since the pump quit working after a week of use. Also there's a hidden clause even if you opt out of the monthly subscription of filters they still sign you up when checking out. I clicked no and still got signed up it took me forever to cancel that subscription. So I suggest just saving yourself some hassle and buying off Amazon or chewy. The customer service is much better with those companies and you know you'll get a full refund if there's a problem.

This is a scam. No response from company after I advised them fountain quit working less than a week ago. Got email from them today saying they are in the process of sending me more replacement filters on a subscription. No way to cancel subscription on their website. Getting in touch with bank to keep them from charging for this especially since it would be for fountain that doesn’t work. Buyer beware!! My response sent in an email to them today This is me responding to your reply to my review on Trustpilot referencing that I haven’t had your dog fountain for more than a week and it has quit working completely. I have sent I don’t know how may emails to you advising you of the fountain no longer working and have had absolutely no response from you. Only email I got from you was you were sending out more filters for a subscription you have me on. I have called my bank cancelled the card and disputing the orginal purchase so good luck getting more money from me concerning filters for a fountain that no longer works. You have no phone number for a customer service nor do you have an address to return the fountain to for a refund. I have read many other complaints online regarding your product unfortunately for me it wasn’t til after i had ordered and mine quit working. This is a scam!! Please refund the monies charged, you thought breaking the charges down in three charges would make it more difficult to locate the charges, sorry didn’t work. Haven't received the product with no response from there supposed 24/7 customer service. They did however deliver a bottle of dental drops. To bad they are not BBB accredited, they would be an F. The order number on your portal is 29A89A991B

Fountain was full of mold within a week and I can’t get any help from the company.

Before I start I love this water bowl fountain. Both my dogs finally drink from it. However, If your looking for fast service on shipping it's not going to happen because it comes from China. Also they sent me the wrong filters which I can't use. I've sent numerous emails and still have not heard back. I have asked for RMA to ship these filters back and for them to send me the proper size for the 7l wireless water bowl. Not a peep...crickets! Customer service is not there, they got my money and don't care. Not good for a company to ignore clients.

I received my order 3 to 4 weeks after I ordered it. When I received it, the box was bashed in and the stainless steel bowl was dented. I have emailed them three times and have not received one response. I would like a refund. customer communications is extremely poor. *update* 9.17.26- I replied to one of Selene’s Ad messages in my inbox & told them to stop sending me more emails and to fix the issue I have messaged them about 10 times. They responded that the “ good news” is that the bash in my stainless steel bowl is only cosmetic. Exact words. Smh….

I ordered this fountain over 2 weeks ago. I didn’t get any information about tracking, so I sent an email. They updated tracking info. The tracking info is invalid. I have now messed 2 more times and received no response. Worst customer service with no phone number. And they don’t respond to emails. Very disappointed.

I purchased the 7-liter model and the motor stopped working after six months. I made over five attempts to contact Selene Pets customer service and they NEVER received a single response. If you are looking to spend your money, I recommend looking elsewhere. Their warranty doesn't mean anything if they won't respond. I did get a response from Selene. I’ll update this complaint once this gets resolved. As of end of day on 9/14, this updated email was sent to Selene: On 9/12 I completed all troubleshooting and sent the videos Selene requested. I was told to expect a response on 9/13, and have heard nothing since. My motor needs to be replaced under warranty. Order #28317 was purchased on 1/18/26 and I have the email receipt to prove it. I have provided everything asked for. The company has now stopped responding to my warranty claim entirely. I would caution others about the lack of support after purchase. As of 9/15, Selene has NOT responded to my warranty request! As of 9/16, Warranty Replacement Needed - Order #28317 - 8th email/issue. Selene has not responded AGAIN. Here is what was said: “I had hoped to have heard from your Organization, but unfortunately no one from your organization, has made the effort to rectify the situation. The BBB is my next move!” Doug Henriksen As of 9/26/26 Selene acknowledged the defective pump and sent a new one. It is unfortunate that customers have to wait for such a long period for them to react and get back to customers in a timely manner!
