It’s a scam! Don’t waste your time or money! I ordered my water fountain over a week ago and got a blank generic email saying your order is on the way. No tracking # no links to see where in the “on the way” process it is. I bought a year of filters and everything else they “claim” I would need to make such a great improvement in my pets healths and yet they can’t even put a tracking number or reply to an email to tell me where it is. This is probably just another scam guess I will have to call and start the dispute process to get my money back! It’s ridiculous you pay hundreds for something they advertise as a great product and claim to be a reputable company just to turn out to be a scam. I should have done more research
