Wonderful product, easy to clean, lasts and well made. The only thing that would be nice is a little deeper dish to drink from.

The reason I purchased a Selene water fountain for my precious Chiweenie Clover is because I wanted to give her the healthiest, best "moving water" I could. When I realized that "biofilm" was growing and floating around in her "standing" water dish, I was appalled. I had been cleaning her stainless steel water dish often and only gave her refrigerated purified water. I even went as far, as purchasing two large stainless steel water bottles, for storing her purified water. (if you keep well-informed, you'll know that "plastics" seep into our food and beverages) After learning about "running, moving" water, I wanted to step up Clover's only way of keeping hydrated, without the unhealthy "biofilm." Since purchasing Clover's Selene water fountain, I keep it running continuously. It's very quiet. My 9# Clover immediately adapted to drinking from her fountain! During the hot summer months, I would clean the fountain 2-3 times per week and refill with fresh water, Checking and changing the filters was part of the routine. I usually put in new filters monthly. Water fountains aren't just for cats. Do your pup(s) a huge favor, give them clean "running" water and order a Selene water fountain, plus a supply of filters today.

My dogs have finally started using the fountain regularly after approximately a month. They are drinking from it regularly - and consuming more water! It has been a challenge to get my dogs to drink enough fluids - so this product made all the difference. I believe it will help with their overall health due to the simple fact that they are now hydrating properly! Thank you!!

This wireless fountain works very well. I haven’t had any problems and it’s quiet, wireless or use cord was the model I purchased 7L. It is easy to clean and change filters . I had no problem with customer service before I purchased this item. They answered my emails with a couple days. I plan on buying another one after I make sure there are no issues. It would be helpful to have a phone number to call as some people don’t have emails
