Horrible customer service!! Canceled my order within moments of placing it. They came back and offered me 20% off to not cancel. I declined. They then offered me 50% off to not cancel. Again, I declined. Took them 2 minutes to charge my credit card but apparently taking forever to refund it. Really wish I had found this review site before placing my order. I have sent several emails. Zero response. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating!!!

I have received nothing for my money. I have had no conformation of any kind. they took the money out of my account. They won't respond by e-mail. they have no phone number. I TRYED TO TRACK MY ORDER ON THERE WEB SIGHT. IT SAYES CAN'T FIND ORDER..

I have emailed the company 3 times with no reply. After the second day of use the charge cord has completely melted into the charge port. I have asked all 3 times how to replace this part so we can safely use it. I have used the contact us form on their website and emailed directly.

I have reached out to Selne through multiple forums looking for help with a motor that no longer works. For the last 2 weeks I have sent 3 emails and 3 customer support messages and I have received absolutely no response from them. I cant find any type of phone number to call for support. Selene advertises 24/7 support, which obviously not true. The motor for our fountain has stopped working and I needed help with troubleshooting or getting a replacement. I suggest being very careful before you purchase from this company. They claim they have a great product and great customer support. This bowl is not cheap and now this extremely expensive bowl is no better than the old bowl I had before I purchased from Selene. There are other companies out the offering the same product, I would look other places first.

WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I would NEVER purchase another dish from Selene Pets. My pups enjoyed the fountain, but it stopped working after 2.5 months and their Customer Service is horrible. They claim to have 24-hour service and a 365-day return policy. I have reached out three times and they have yet to respond. I would caution anyone who is considering this fountain to look on Amazon for something more affordable. It is just too pricey for the risk of it going bad. You will not get anywhere with customer service if you have any issues.

I ordered my complete bundle of the Selene Doggy Fountain on September 2nd and received a shipping label created by the sender. However, the package sat at the "label created" since 9/07/2026, and I haven't heard back from them since. I ordered this complete bundle on September 2nd, and the website said it will process the order and ship it within 3-4 business days. It's been more than 12 days since I ordered my bundle of more than 7 items, and the shipping company states that the label was created. That's more than 10 business days since I ordered my bundle of products! I'm sitting here waiting for an update about my order which I have no idea where it sits now. I have my order numbe for which I I have right here: Order #:219092 I might have another order number but it's not available right now. At this time I just wanted to review this 1 order for now, and proceed to the point where I just wanted to let you know that this order has been sitting in "label created" since September 7th, and they keep saying that it's "On its way". When in fact it's not! I just wanted to inform other customers that if they ordered from Selene they will probably never get a response from their email, because that's the only way to contact anyone at this company! I've sent more than 4 emails and I've had ZERO replies to them! If I could I'd give them ZERO stars if I could! Please double-check the shipping "from to" address, because I believe that they're coming from China, which could be the reason why it's taking so long to be delivered to me. I'd request a refund of every single product that I ordered if I could at this point. I placed an order directly on their website on Sunday and my credit card was immediately charged $110.16 under the descriptor "SP SelenePets". I never received an actual order confirmation or a receipt. Ironically, I am receiving their automated marketing spam emails (one even saying "you just got a doggy fountain"), but they are completely ignoring my actual support requests. I have sent two emails asking for my order number and confirmation, and have received zero replies. If I do not receive a valid order invoice and tracking number by Friday, I am filing a formal dispute with my credit card company for goods not received.

I bought two dog water fountains from you and each One of them has died within a few days of getting them with no way to fix the problem
